Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. If auto-renewal remains active, you will be charged for the next subscription period at the start of the new cycle.

You can cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team at info@jox-ups.com. Please note that forgetting to disable auto-renewal will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Subject to applicable laws and the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the refund request does not contradict the conditions listed below.

 

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

After 14 days from purchaseRefund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Lost login credentialsRefunds will not be issued if the user has lost their login and/or password.
Issues beyond our controlRefunds cannot be issued due to reasons such as:
– No Internet access
– Failure to follow installation instructions
– Refusal to accept technical assistance
Personal reasonsRefunds will not be issued for reasons including:
– Changing your mind
– Accidental purchases
– Not using the Services
Individual sensitivitiesRefunds will not be granted based on personal sensitivities or intolerances.

 

  • Refund requests must be made by the original purchaser.
  • Refund processing operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
  • To request a refund, contact our support team.

In the event of a dispute over a cancellation or refund, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through dialogue before escalating to third-party mediation or legal action. Supporting documents or transaction records may be requested during the process.

Refunds are not available for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.

If a chargeback is initiated after a successful transaction and service delivery, the account may be suspended or terminated. Fraudulent refund claims will be reported to the appropriate authorities and could result in legal action.

This cancellation and refund policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, payment processors, or legal requirements. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current policy.
